Takahiro Shiraishi is a Japanese serial killer who has also been accused of rape. He is also known as the “Twitter Killer,” a moniker that was given to him in the majority of media coverage at the time of his sentencing and has stuck with him ever since. In Zama, Japan, between the months of August and October of 2017, he was responsible for the death of nine people, the majority of them were young ladies, including three high school students.
